Call charges

You can also contact us by phone, and some of our competitions request phone entry. The number is 0330 123 1215. Calls to Absolute Radio are charged at National Rate from a BT landline - from other operators and mobile phones it may vary. We earn nothing from these calls. When you call, you'll get a menu from Russ which allows you to choose to speak to the team in the studio, find ticket information, leave song suggestions for certain programmes, or contact our switchboard.

Text charges

Our text number is 81215. Sometimes our programmes require text entry. This number is charged at 50 pence plus your usual network text charge. This charge is implemented in two stages: the network charge is levied as usual when you make the initial text, and the 50 pence charge is made when we acknowledge your text with the 'bounceback'. The small charge helps us fund the system which allows us this memorable shortcode number and allows us to text back to acknowledge your text or give you further information.
